Mike Widener has practiced law in Arizona for 25 years, and is a Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law, according to the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Arizona. Mike is listed in SuperLawyers (2008 Southwest Edition) and in 1000 People to Know in [Arizona] Commercial Real Estate, 2008-09. Or tomorrow, either, he’s frightfully certain.

Mike is Of Counsel to Bonnett, Fairbourn, Friedman & Balint, P.C., located in balmy Phoenix. (You wouldn’t believe the balmy people scrambling around there, lately.) Anyway, Mike expresses views in this blog site that are pretty opinionated. So, keep two things in mind: Thing One: None of the opinions, however strongly expressed, under Mike’s name constitute anyone’s views but his own. ( It’s likely Patrick is shaking his head, disbelieving, when he reads many of Mike’s entries.) Mike’s going to blog about real property, legal problems relating generally to real property, and any other dad burned thing that crosses his mind, although most of his entries will be about something he claims actually to be informed about. Mike also will ruminate (hopefully, not onto the front of his new acrylic tie) about the practice of law in the modern era, whenever that began. Mike’s journeying towards the postmodern paradigm of a consummately rewarding law practice, but thus far the appearance of things is this: His map seems inverted. Perhaps upside-down. Something.
